We recommend referencing your current measurements when selecting a size and paying close attention to the sizing chart when ordering.

Though we do offer exchanges there will be a waiting period on your exchange as everything is made to order.

THIS MEANS you will receive shipping information which will include your tracking number and specific info once your items are ready to ship.

All PRE-ORDERS made between September 1st - September 15th will ship out no later than October 13th. You will be notified via email if they should ship out earlier.

We ADORE and respect people & animals. Neither have harmed during the making of these garments.

All Garments are Dry Clean ONLY.

However, if you MUST clean yourself, please take the following care into consideration:

All White "Alumni" pieces MUST be washed alone or with other white/light coloured garments.

VEGAN LEATHER

Cleaning: Wipe with a damp cloth using a mild soap solution. Avoid soaking. For stubborn stains, use a soft brush with gentle circular motions.

Drying: Air dry flat, away from direct heat or sunlight, which can cause cracking or fading. Never tumble dry!

Storage: Hang on padded hangers to retain shape. Store in a cool, dry place, avoiding overcrowded spaces to prevent creases.

Avoid Sharp Objects: Vegan leather can be more prone to scratches, so handle with care to avoid damage.

FAUX SUEDE

Cleaning: Gently brush off surface dirt with a soft brush. For stains, spot clean using a mild detergent mixed with water. Blot the area with a clean cloth instead of rubbing.

Drying: Air dry away from direct heat and sunlight. Avoid using a hairdryer or tumble dryer to prevent damage.

Storage: Hang faux suede garments on padded hangers to maintain their shape. Store in a cool, dry place, away from moisture and direct sunlight.

Brushing: Use a suede brush or a clean toothbrush to restore the nap (the soft, fuzzy surface) and remove any flattened areas.

If your garment doesn't fit or is damaged we will happily provide you with an exchange to items unworn and with tags on. Please keep in mind that all orders are preorder and exchanges will also take time to produce.
